Recreate 68 1,000 Strong at Denver DNC

 

I recently read a report about Denver officials planning to charge up the stun guns and polishing up Billy Clubs for demonstrators during the Democratic National Convention.  My first thoughts were of  the lack of information being reported about the trouble makers  organizers so I decided to research the matter a bit further. 

Two Major ???s

1. What they are protesting about  2. Who exactly are the protestors?

Democracy Now in the video below reported about the planned peaceful demonstration back in April 2008.  Below is a 10 min clip of Amy Goodman interviewing the group’s Organizer as well as a lawyer from the ACLU about possible civil violations that may take place.

 

Are these demonstrators Haters/Trouble Makers, or do they have a point?
